Shipping policy

Order Types

We offer two types of products:
• In-stock (restock) items
• Pre-order items

Processing and shipping timelines vary depending on the item type selected.

Processing Time

• In-stock (restock) items are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Pre-order items are processed after the stated pre-order cut-off date for that specific collection or drop.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are prepared after the pre-order window closes.

• Pre-orders typically require 4–5 weeks for processing and preparation after the cut-off date.
• Timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.
• By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing time.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Options (In-Stock Items Only)

The following shipping options are available for in-stock (restock) items:

• Next Day Shipping – Delivery on the next business day after the order has been processed.
• 2–3 Business Day Shipping – Delivery within 2–3 business days after the order has been processed.

Shipping timelines begin once your order has shipped, not on the order date.
